Growing and profitable independent insurance agency, with over 40 years of insurance industry experience, is seeking to acquire other independent, non-captive insurance agencies based in Wisconsin.
Our client is well capitalized and positioned for growth both through strategic acquisition as well as organically.
The Buyers will consider purchasing a book of business or a complete agency purchase with sales volume of up to $1M in gross commissions. The Buyers are primarily interested in property & casualty business with a healthy mix of personal and commercial business. They will consider some health and life business, depending on the overall mix.
The Buyer’s aim is to maintain key employees and producers for at least a transitional period or indefinitely, this includes the owner(s) as well.
The Buyers are positioned both financially and organizationally to complete an acquisition quickly.
