We are looking to buy an insurance brokerage or book of business that is focused on the small group health insurance market. We prefer small group clients range in size from 10 to 250 employees, but we are open to having individual & larger groups (250-1000) as part of the business as well.
We have been in business for almost 15 years in the Chicago area and would ideally like the brokerage/book of business clients be primarily located in IL, WI and IN, but are open to other concentrations.
