Featured Listings

With a featured listing your agency information will be posted at the top of the home page and listed at the top of each individual listing page.  To go along with this it is also sent out on our Twitter account to all of our followers.  This is a great way to improve your chances of finding the right buyer for your agency. Just like a standard listing, don’t forget to upload photos to display with your listing information.  These photos can be of your agency or maybe just  some photos of the area.

New Site and new Advertising Services

Just a few days into the launch of our new site we are already seeing an increase in site visitors and interested buyers.  A number of new comments have been added to the listings on the site.  To go along with the new site design we have made a change to our advertising services as well.  Now for only $15/month you can receive an ad spot in multiple sections throughout the site.  Included with this ad spot is also a page that will be setup to give you an opportunity to explain your business and the services that you are advertising.  On this page you may also provide your contact information along with a link over to your business website.

We have upgraded our site!

In case you haven’t noticed yet we have completely upgraded the Agencies4SaleListings.com website.  We do want to apologize for the down time that many of you may have noticed as well.  There is a couple sections on the site that have not been upgraded yet.  We hope to have this taken care of over the next couple days.  We felt that we needed to go ahead and launch the new site and all of it’s great features.  Here is a few of the new features on the site:

• New multi-page form to setup your user account and to insert your agency information
• You now have the ability to login and modify your listing. (ex. change price, add images, pause the listing, renew)
• Listing pages now include map of agency location, simple contact form, and information about seller
• A comment section has also been added to the listing pages.
• Each seller will receive an expiration notice when ad is expiring and will have the ability to renew their listing.

For the current listings on the site we will be setting up user accounts so that these listings can be accessed by the seller as well.  If you are a current seller on the site you may be receiving some emails from us during this process.  At this current time if a “Contact Seller” comment is submitted on a listing we will receive the comment and forward it on to the seller.

Additional Feature for Insurance Agency Buyers

We regularly receive requests from interested buyers that are looking for a specific area or type of agency that we don’t have currently listed on the website. In order to properly service prospective buyers, we are working on adding a new feature to the website that is specifically for buyers.

We will be adding a bulletin board type section to the website where buyers can post messages of what they are looking for. Posts can include specific cities, geographic areas, carrier lines, size of business, type of lines, etc. to help you find exactly what you are looking for.

Active buyers won’t have to wait for on a seller to start researching potential acquisitions. Place your posting on the website to special order exactly the type of agency you are looking for. We plan on adding this new feature in the near future. We are working on the details now and will send out an email notification letting you know when the feature is live on the website.
